When the new Inclusion Housing site at Albion Mill in Blackburn opened its doors in November 2021, we were delighted to be the team to clear away the building dust ready for its first group of new residents.
With a diverse and talented team of experienced professionals from all areas of public and private sector housing and social care professions, Inclusion Housing provides housing support for adults with physical and/or mental disabilities. Adopting a unique approach to care, they offer a contemporary service which places the needs of their tenants at the heart of everything they do, allowing them to deliver specialist and bespoke support with the aim to provide quality housing and healthcare to vulnerable people, and ultimately empower them to pursue a path to education, employment, community integration, and independent living.
With a substantial site with over 70 apartments, a large reception hub, numerous communal areas and a sizeable staff quarters, the team at Inclusion Housing approached us to first and foremost get the property ready for tenants ahead of the official opening, before deciding to employ the Cleanbright team on a long-term basis to provide regular cleaning services for the protection of their residents, staff and visitors.
Three months on, we’re pleased to have built an excellent working relationship with the Inclusion Housing team at Albion Mill, providing effective and reliable cleaning services throughout the day, seven days a week.
